Problem: Brand communication isn't connecting with audiences as needed. Photographer work is inconsistent. Retouching is hit-and-miss and expensive.
Solution: Create detailed style guides for communication, photography and retouching. Create training content. Write blog posts to develop and demonstrate brand voice. Hire and train new retouchers who can work more quickly, skillfully and at a lower cost.
Result: Saved over $20,000 per month on post-production costs, with faster turnaround and better quality. Completed style guides essentially containing the entirety of "The Open Homes Way" which were used in training and new hire orientation. Customer service team was trained on a more advanced approach to service focused on providing customer-tailored services rather than pushing ready-made solutions.
